Introducing Risk Insight
If you missed it, we recently launched Risk Insight, an enhanced evolution of our Red Flags feature that expands monitoring into a more comprehensive Risk & Compliance suite.
Risk Insight helps organizations identify potential concerns earlier and respond with greater confidence. The suite includes AI-Flagged Comments, which highlight potentially concerning responses across open-ended survey questions, custom Keyword Alerts to track specific terms or topics important to your organization, and Compliance Reports that keep responses to key compliance questions visible for appropriate follow-up.
If you’d like to learn more about how Risk Insight works or activate the feature for your organization, please contact your Client Success Manager.

Practices that Differentiate Highly Engaged Organizations
Organizations committed to continuous improvement prioritize employee engagement, and for good reasons. Higher engagement drives better outcomes, including stronger retention, increased productivity, and improved employee well-being. Given its impact, it’s worth exploring what sets the highest performing organizations apart. What common patterns emerge among those in the top quartile of engagement and beyond?
Consistency: A sustained long-term commitment to employee engagement is essential. Conducting surveys on a regular, predictable cadence (annually, biannually, etc.) helps build trust in the process, enables meaningful trend analysis, and allows organizations to measure the impact of their actions over time.
Transparency: Sharing results with senior leadership and HR is critical, but it shouldn’t stop there. High-performing organizations cascade data to managers and even front-line employees, ensuring visibility across all levels. While the degree of transparency may vary by culture, the most engaged organizations prioritize keeping employees informed and continuously move toward greater transparency over time.
Action Planning: Effective action planning occurs at both the organizational level and within key segments of the business (department, location etc.). This ensures that broad company-wide initiatives are supported by targeted actions that address the unique opportunities of specific teams or groups.
This approach to employee engagement differentiates high-performing organizations and enables them to achieve and sustain higher levels of engagement over time.
